Skirt Steak Fajitas

with Southern Farms Skirt Steak


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs Southern Farms skirt steak
  • 2 tbsp Naquin’s Mexican Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Flour or corn tortillas
Time: 25-30 mins

Directions

  1. Slice steak against grain. Toss with oil, lime juice, and seasoning. Marinate for 30 mins.
  2. Sear steak in a skillet over medium-high for 2-3 mins per side. Set aside.
  3. Sauté onion, peppers, and garlic for 5-7 mins.
  4. Combine steak and veggies. Heat through for 1-2 mins.
  5. Serve in warm tortillas with garnish.
