Ingredients

• 1 lb Southern Farms Ground Beef
• 1/2 cup onion, diced
• 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
• 1 large egg
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 cups beef broth
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp flour

Directions

1. Combine beef, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, and seasoning. Form patties.
2. Cook patties in olive oil for 4-5 mins per side. Set aside.
3. Sauté mushrooms in the same skillet.
4. Make Gravy: Melt butter, whisk in flour for 1 min. Add broth and Worcestershire. Simmer.
5. Combine patties, mushrooms, and gravy. Simmer for 5 mins and serve.
