Service Description

Southern Farms Co-op LLC provides a delivery subscription service for high-quality local meat and goods. Subscriptions are managed via our “Box Builder” system.

Ordering and Delivery

Orders must be placed by the cutoff time for your specific delivery zone. We currently deliver to Houma/Thibodaux (Tuesdays), Upper Lafourche (Wednesdays), and South Lafourche (Thursdays). Delivery fees apply based on your location.

Cancellations and Refunds

Subscription cancellations or changes must be made via your account dashboard before the weekly processing deadline. Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us immediately if there is an issue with your order.

Communication Consent

By creating an account and providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us regarding your orders and marketing updates via email and SMS. Standard messaging and data rates apply for SMS.

Limitation of Liability

Southern Farms Co-op LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
