
Cajun Butter
made with Feliciana’s Best Creamery Heavy Cream
Ingredients
- 1 cup Feliciana’s Best Creamery Heavy Cream OR 1/2 cup Homemade Butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Time: 10-15 mins
Directions
- To make butter: Shake 1 cup heavy cream in a mason jar for 5-10 mins. Strain and rinse.
- Melt 1/2 cup butter over low heat.
- Stir in salt, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, paprika, and pepper.
- Simmer for 2-3 mins.
- Remove from heat and serve warm.
