Cajun Butter

made with Feliciana’s Best Creamery Heavy Cream


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Feliciana’s Best Creamery Heavy Cream OR 1/2 cup Homemade Butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
Time: 10-15 mins

Directions

  1. To make butter: Shake 1 cup heavy cream in a mason jar for 5-10 mins. Strain and rinse.
  2. Melt 1/2 cup butter over low heat.
  3. Stir in salt, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, paprika, and pepper.
  4. Simmer for 2-3 mins.
  5. Remove from heat and serve warm.
