If you want to stop by and skip the shipping, we’d love to see you!
Just select the Local Pickup shipping option during checkout.
Once placed, we will get to work on your order right away and you will receive an email confirmation that your order is ready to be picked up. Depending on the size of the order, you may receive multiple confirmation emails as it’s processed.

- Monday – Friday: 7am – 7pm
- Saturday – Sunday: 9am – 3pm
Local Drop
We deliver our food to convenient locations around Lafourche and Terrebonne Parish. Place your order as early as 3 weeks before or as late as 3 days before the pick-up. Take a look at our location delivery schedule below and choose a location that’s convenient for you. When you’re done ordering choose the location and day for pickup.
Don’t worry we’ll send you all of the specifics with your receipt. We’ll even remind you the day before pickup.
- Market at the Marina, Houma – 1st Saturday of Every Month 8am-Noon
- Houma Drop Spot – 2nd Thursday of Every Month
- Live Healthy Thibodaux – 1st & 3rd Monday of Every Month
Delivery
- Down the Bayou (Between Larose and Golden Meadow) – Weekly on Wednesdays ($5 or free over $200)
- Lafourche/Terrebonne Outside Down the Bayou – Every 2 Weeks on Wednesdays ($25 or free over $200)
Delivery will be arranged once your order is ready.
